Conditions governing the use of the RCS (Rich Communication Services) channel offered by Inalambria.
Brand verification
Every RCS agent must represent a real, verified brand. Customers provide accurate information about their company, logo and contact details.
Consent and opt-out
Messages are sent to users who have agreed to receive them. Opt-out requests must be honored promptly.
Permitted content
Illegal, misleading or fraudulent content, or content that breaches the business messaging platform’s policies, is not allowed.
SMS fallback
When the recipient does not support RCS, the message may be delivered by SMS according to the agreed configuration and rates.
